Metallic nano ink and its application technology in electronic industry (IV)
in mixed silver ink, what proportion of silver nanoparticles in the total content of silver is better. Practice shows that it is appropriate to account for 10% - 20%. Too little modification makes the sample run to the upper jaw and go deep into the jaw at least 4/5 of the length, and the effect is not obvious. Too much modification will cause unnecessary waste
it should be noted that when preparing mixed silver ink, which is widely used in our LED industry and solar photovoltaic industry, in addition to the percentage content of silver, what type of resin structure, its molecular weight, and which additives and mixed solvents are used will affect the printability of the ink (viscosity, thixotropy, adhesion, drying and curing characteristics, etc.)
Figure 4 shows the test sample (electronic parts) printed with mixed silver ink. The data obtained from the reliability test of various mechanical property test samples of the completed sample are listed in Table 4
from the comparative data in Table 4, the reliability of mixed silver ink is significantly higher than that of ordinary silver ink. If there is no special fineness requirement for printed graphics, it is undoubtedly the most suitable choice for the printing of electronic components with high conductivity and high reliability to choose mixed silver ink. The production and manufacturing bases in East China, North China and southwest China are under construction
another point to be reminded is that the mixed silver ink has been greatly improved in conductivity and reliability (compared with ordinary silver ink) due to its relatively low cost. The ink can also be used in many fields through printing methods:
⑴ printing electronic circuits on heat-resistant organic substrates
⑵ BVH is formed on the composite substrate
⑶ printing and bonding of micro electrode parts
⑷ in addition to the above applications, all applications that can be sintered at low temperature (200 ~ 250 ℃) to obtain electronic components with high conductivity and high reliability can be realized by printing with mixed silver ink
